Very simply I’ve put together a very quick series of 5 simple techniques to help you regroup, come back into self and feel calmer and more in control over the festive season, or indeed anytime.
This first one is a very quick breath technique to ground and come back into your body if you feel like you’re overwhelmed or up in your head.
