Meet the 5 types of money and the 3 unique aspects concealed in each type of money that you must clear if you want to…
…Overcome your money blocks one inner demon at a time!
I’ve been deeply immersed in money for the past 15 months. Wading knee deep in money and all its wily ways. Sure, I flirted with money before, tried to understand why it passed me by. Wondered why I didn’t seem to be good enough for it. I took some steps and did some sporadic inner work which offered me glimmers of hope; nothing outrageous, just enough hope to keep me dangling, keep me searching for the end of my particular rainbow.
And so it went for a while until finally I became utterly fed up with doing the ‘stuff’ I’m supposed to do to create a successful business and seeing very little shift happen – don’t get me wrong all of that is important, without it I’d struggle – but for me and people like me, and perhaps that’s you…
… something deeper is needed!
You’ve got to look money squarely in the eye and even more than that you’ve got to look inward to find out why you can’t look money squarely in the eye.
It’s not for the faint hearted. It takes courage.
15 months ago, I screwed my courage to the sticking place when I got super serious about my relationship with money. Because make no mistake about it, your relationship with money is one of the longest relationships you will have in your life!
From birth to death, money will be there either in its bountifulness, which we all deserve. In its lack, which far too many of us experience. Or, and this is most of us in the working to middle classes, in a very comfortable, almost but not quite enough.
Just enough for survival. As long as nothing catastrophic happens. Comfortably living on the edge of financial disaster. I’m not saying you feel comfortable, rather that it’s within your psychological comfort zone where no change and living with the pain is easier and more comfortable than the fear and pain in the process of creating something better.
I took my faltering attempts at getting on top of this thing, asked myself just how important is it to me to create a life where I earn good money, money I can rely on, money that is there for me when I need it, money I can count on in a crisis or on a rainy day.
Very, very important was my answer!
I’ve learned and taken on board that money is an energy much like anything else and you must be open to receiving it, and that it’s our reactions to the feelings and emotions we have hidden deep down about money and what we deserve that stop us from ever earning our worth and reaching our full potential.
So now I’m asking you to take that brave step and look your money in the eye. The recording is the training here so if you want to benefit from reading this blog you need to ‘do’ the recording as well as reading this. That’s where the gold is for you.
Ready?
Ask yourself these questions…take your time over them and let it all pore out. The first response is important to catch – we’re great at covering up our deeper thoughts with more chatter. Capture as much of it as you can.
- How do I feel about money?
- Is it a source of power or the root of all my problems?
- What is important to me about earning more money?
- Deep down am I waiting to be rescued or am I finding within me the determination to rescue myself – no handsome prince necessary?
If you know you want to rescue yourself then let me guide you through a powerful process using one of the 5 types of money to help you root out and overcome your money demons.
I will show you the 3 aspects you must look at so you can slay those inner demons and rise victorious – ready to shine your light and claim your place as a powerful business woman.
So, I keep saying ‘the 5 types of money’ but what are they I hear you ask? You’re curious I know so without further ado they are:
- Savings
- Debt
- Income
- Income Goals
- Toxic Money
And each has 3 unique aspects:
- Emotions that run through the Nervous System
- Programmed beliefs = habitual inner talk
- Past ‘traumas’ or significant emotional events that are connected
Already you’re probably feeling triggered at the idea of looking at your money in this kind of detail.
It is triggering. It is hard. It does hurt. There are often tears.
I’m not going to sugarcoat it. You wouldn’t still be reading this if all was fine and dandy in your money. And I applaud you for still reading! That, in itself, is you stepping up and claiming your power.
We’re going to look at savings and I’ve chosen savings over income – which I know you’re all interested it, because in my personal experience savings and debt are often the yuckiest, with the darkest, nastiest demons (limiting beliefs & inner blocks) lurking underneath.

So can see now why I say money is the metaphor?
Did you feel that lack of safety and being taken care of when you looked at your savings so specifically?
Are you OK? Be kind to yourself now. Remember to keep the space for compassion for self.
This is the kind of work that requires tenacity, and a real willingness, 100% to leave no stone unturned as you commit to changing your money story and being your own knight in shining armour.
